McCourt Street Day Surgery is committed to provision of safe quality care outcomes at all times. We have an excellent record in delivering quality care as evidenced by consistently meeting national mandatory Accreditation standards. In 2025 we met all standards with no recommendations.
Our quality processes include use of observation of patient journeys and conversations with patients which enables a direct assessment of our care system in real time.
Aspects of the personal information we collect is also used to monitor the quality of care we provide, the appropriateness and effectiveness of the services we offer and the level of our patients’ satisfaction with the care and treatment provided.
Patient satisfaction is a key indicator for our facility and your feedback is an important element of our commitment to continuous improvement.
