McCourt Street Day Surgery is committed to provision of safe quality care outcomes at all times. We have an excellent record in delivering quality care as evidenced by consistently meeting national mandatory Accreditation standards. This process includes use of patient journeys and conversations with patients by the assessment team which enables an observation of our care system in real time.
Aspects of the personal information we collect will also be used to monitor the quality of care we provide, the appropriateness and effectiveness of the services we offer and the level of our patients’ satisfaction with the care and treatment provided.
Patient satisfaction is a key indicator for our facility and your feedback is an important element of our commitment to continuous improvement.
